Recreational Property on Kootenay Lake

Scott and I have been discussing how it would be nice to have a piece of lake front property for recreational use and of course it would be a good investment.
We spotted a local listing that had 16 acres with 300 feet of water front for the bargain price of $500,000.00. We drove out to check it out, as it was only about 50 km North of here.
