Skiing

We took Elyse skiing twice this Christmas vacation. The first day was Christmas Eve and it was so cold, but sunny. Our second day out, my dad got on his skis too and Elyse loved it!

Our second time out, Elyse kept insisting "I do it by myself!" So one of us walked her a little way up the hill and then the other one caught her at the bottom - She LOVED IT!!

More time down the hill by herself, now we just need to teach her how to stop, and turn

An afternoon with my Dad

Since there has been so much snow at mom and dads this Christmas, dad took me for the afternoon out with the Snow Cat. He needed to pack a trail to the top of Pinegrove Mountain. What a fantastic afternoon! I've never made to the top of Pinegrove before, so it was a great opportunity.

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas this year with my mom and dad. Mom waited until we arrived so that Elyse could decorate the tree (we didn't put one up this year as we weren't going to be home). Elyse loved decorating the tree.

Christmas Vacation

Christmas Concert and Dinner with Laurie & Robert

Elyse's Preschool held a Christmas concert and then Santa came for a visit.

Elyse did a great job singing, she is constantly singing Jingle Bells now!

She didn't spend much time with Santa again, basically grabbed her gift and ran :)

We had Christmas dinner with our good friends Laurie and Robert and exchanged Christmas gifts. Elyse was spoiled by Auntie Laurie, Uncle Robert and Bandit!
