I wrote my licencing exam on September 13th, I found out last week that I passed.
I got got called in to work on Monday and Tuesday night this week where I found out that the guy who got the line that was originally given to me, FAILED the exam.
Sweet sweet justice!
I found out today that they will be reposting this line locally (just within the hospital/ECU) which gives me a better or very good chance of being able to get it. I'll keep you posted with what happens in the next little while.

Thanks Giving Weekend
I finished working the line at the Extended Care Unit on Friday October 6th in the morning, where Scott proceded to drive us up to his parent's resort on Shuswap Lake.
It was great to have the weekend off, as we both needed a break. I will now only be working when the phone rings, no schedule for me :( I guess it could be worse, it is just hard to make plans when you should available to work when ever they call.
We spent Saturday morning just hanging about the resort and in the afternoon, Scott, his mom their dog Bailey and I took the boat out to Copper Island to do a bit of hiking and geocaching. We couldn't find a very good spot to beach the boat so Scott got us really close where we could jumped to the beach, and then Scott came back later to pick us up.
We also got to on Sunday visit the Adams River Sockeye Salmon run, this is the "big" year for the returning fish, so there were lots of people visiting the area. Although I went to the run 4
years ago during the "Big" year and there are way less fish this year, it might be that we were there at the wrong time either the beginning or the end of the run. Either way it was a beautiful day for a walk.
