Scott is away for work this week in St. Louis. It has been a bit of a challenge with just me and the 2 girls, I don't know how single parents do it. Elyse has been bugging me for a few days to make Gingerbread Men, so we made up the dough and made some. She loved decorating them with "coloured chocolate" aka Smarties.

Wow! Look at how tall Miss E. is getting. Boy, Auntie Laurie can't wait to see her again. She's growing up so fast.
