Vancouver Trip - Seawall and Aquarium

We planned to spend Thanks Giving this year on Vancouver Island. But we decided to make a small vacation out of it. We spent 4 nights in Delta with my Auntie Nur and Uncle John, making small day trips from their place and then we left for the Island on Friday morning, and spent one night with Scott's cousin Jen and her family in Victoria, then we spent a couple nights with Scott's Aunt Louise (Jen's Mom) in Genoa Bay, near Duncan. Then we spent one more night in Delta, to break up our drive home.

We wanted to do a few things in Vancouver this trip, so we spent the day down town. We first met up with my Auntie Nur for lunch, Yummy Dim Sum!!

Elyse fell asleep on our way to the Aquarium so we let her continue to sleep by going for a walk on the sea wall. It is great that she stays asleep when we transfer her from car seat to stroller (and back).

Once Elyse was awake we spent a couple of hours at the Aquarium. Elyse loved the dolphin show!

After Scott's brother Brian was off of work, we met up with him at his place. Elyse and I stayed at his apartment to relax, while Scott and Brian went off to have oysters at Rodneys (it is starting to be a tradition, for Scott and Brian).
